Do you need super dark skies where you set up?Not at all. One of the many amazing things about smart telescopes is their ability to provide breathtaking real-time images of the night sky even in urban, light polluted areas.
-
What happens if it's cloudy?Unfortunately, not every night can have clear skies. We will make every effort to set up and provide amazing views if the skies are partly cloudy enough. If it is too cloudy to set up, then we will happily schedule another date. If that isn't an option, we will issue a full refund of the deposit and hope our paths cross again.
-
How long does a typical ClearSky Events experience last? Most setups are for anywhere between 2 and 4 hours, but our telescopes are equipped to run on battery power for even longer if needed.
-
What areas do you service?ClearSky Events is based in the Tampa/Orlando markets, however thanks to the flexibility of the setup we can travel further upon request. We also plan on expanding into other warm weather, clear sky locations.
-
How much notice do you need to schedule an event? We book on a first come, first serve basis - so the more lead time the better for guaranteeing we will be available for your date. Feel free to reach out even if you have a last minute opportunity for ClearSky Events to give your guests a night under the stars they will never forget. If we aren't already booked for that day, we will happily provide a quote.
-
Do you need to set up near power outlets?ClearSky Events prides itself on being power cord-free, meaning we can set up anywhere on your patio, pool deck, or any other area of your event that has access to at least one quarter of the night sky.
